The
13th of September is over and so the
First National Bearded
Collie Specialty Show.
We, all the beardie
lovers, do hope that day marked the beginning of the annual shows in
Poland.
The weather was merciful
as long as the actual judging progressed, yet - unfortunately -
heavy ranstorm made us finish the planned and awaited picnic far too
soon... However, I believe that
delicous cakes and champagne, as well as great and friendly
atmosphere will remain in Your memories.
I take this opportunity to repeat the warmest "Thank You" to
everybody present for Your willingness to attend and good spirit. Many exhibitors had
travelled long ways, not only from Poland, but also from Russia,
Germany and Lithuania, to meet and celebrate that day, which surely
belonged to a "grey knight of Keinmuir".
Thank You all for Your friendly attitude and sportmanship, so
visible when everybody applauded not only the winners, but all
competitors
Each and every beardie is, I believe, the nicest and most important
to it's owner and the lovely, albeit frustrating picture of all dogs
romping in the muddy grounds of Sopot Racing Course will be
remembered till the next gathering, hopefully with better weather.
Many thanks to everybody
who helped to prepare the day and run it smoothly, and also to our
kennel club friends and breed judges, namely Mrs. Jadwiga Niciewicz
and Mr. and Mrs. Miroslaw and Anna Redliccy, as well as (last but
definitely not least) - our judge,

(kennel "Cud nad Wisłą").
